Yogurt Bagles

Ingredients:

-Flour (1 Cup)

-Yogurt (1 Cup)

-Baking Powder (1 tsp)

Seasoning:

-Egg Yolk (1)

-White Sesame Seeds (1 tbsp)

-Black Sesame Seeds (1 tbsp)


Directions:


  1. Pour the ingredients into a bowl and mix them well until they become like dough
  2. Take the dough and spread it on a surface with flour, then take the dough and shape it like doughnuts and put it on a greased cooking sheet.
  3. Wisk the egg yolk and brush it onto the bagles, then sparkle the sesaime seeds
  4. Put the bagles in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200°c


Tip: If you want you can add salt to the bagle at the time of the seasoning
